Best Practices for Successful Onboarding (virtual classroom)

The formalities of onboarding are handled by your HR department, but the process of bringing on a new team member is more effective when we take an immersive approach, not just an administrative one. To help build a more cohesive bond between a new employee and their team, leaders can help the position AND the person get comfortable more quickly.
