Join us in celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander heritage by learning to make Vietnamese Pho, the national dish of Vietnam. PeaceHealth chefs Khanh Trinh and Andy Nguyen will guide you through the basics of creating a rich, flavor-filled broth steeped in tradition. Khanh is well-known for his Vietnamese Pho featured every Friday in the PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center Café; this dish is a Trinh family recipe Khanh has made with love for many years. Vietnamese Pho (pronounced "fuh") is a rice noodle soup known for its rich aromas and deep flavors.
