Treat yourself to Chef Fong's first of the season spring dinner. You'll begin with Alaskan halibut with the classic sweet-sour sauce, followed by seven-spice roast chicken, and asparagus stir fried with shiitake mushrooms and goji berries. For dessert, you'll enjoy chilled lemon zest coconut pudding. This class is for anyone who enjoys delicious food and would like professional tips to enhance their home cooking techniques and seasoning skills. Robert Fong, a skilled, insightful chef and co-owner of the Pacific Café for more than 20 years, set the standard for fine dining in downtown Bellingham. A long-time instructor for the Co-op and WCC, students call Robert's classes "a once-in-a-lifetime treat!"
