Baking for High Tea (virtual classroom)

Learn to bake tea-time treats for a springtime garden tea party! We will make two different tea sandwiches: chicken pecan salad and a vegetarian option, as well as homemade scones with lemon mascarpone cream and strawberry tea cookies with a lemon glaze. Chef Michele will also share her favorite tea combinations as well as how to arrange your tea party tray of delicious sweet and savory treats! A prep packet with a shopping list, quick start instructions, and recipes will be sent prior to class. The session fee is per household; only one person in the household is required to register and pay for the class. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session, and you'll receive an email with a session ID and password prior to your class. Classes are recorded so you will have access to the re-play, as well!

We email virtual classroom access two business days before classes begin; please register early to ensure you receive this information. If you have not received virtual classroom access the day before your class, please check your inbox's spam, promotions, and deleted folders. It is the responsibility of participants to check their email inbox for virtual access information prior to class and, if it has not been received, to contact our office during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) before class starts at comed@whatcom.edu or (360) 383-3200. No refunds or credits will be give for a class once it has started.
