Join Sarah Chan, owner of Calypso Kitchen, as she shares the Caribbean flavors of Trinidad and Tobago. You'll enjoy some amazing gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian Caribbean flavors--pineapple and mango chow, eggplant fritters, chickpea curry, and more! In Trinidad, Sarah owned Kitchen Delights, a company that produced hot sauces, green seasonings, barbecue sauces, and more. According to Sarah, "My life revolves around food and family. Food is a universal love language and family is whoever shares a table with me."
