Join Chef Michele to make delicious tarts, descended from the classic French fruit tart, using pâte sucrée. You'll learn how to prevent the notorious soggy crust, make jam filling and pastry cream, and arrange your fruit on top. She'll also show you different methods for glazing your fruit to keep it fresh and beautiful. C'est magnifique! A prep packet with a shopping list, quick start instructions, and recipes will be sent prior to class. The session fee is per household; only one person in the household is required to register and pay for the class. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session, and you'll receive an email with a session ID and password prior to your class. Classes are recorded so you will have access to the re-play, as well!
