This class is perfect for the lover of late-night dessert! These three easy yet delicious layered desserts in a jar will satisfy any sweet tooth. Bruno will demonstrate making mousse, custard, crumble, jams, and compotes that can be used to create artistic dessert presentations in jars while you enjoy delicious flavors such as rhubarb, vanilla, apple, and coffee. Bruno is a judge on The Great Canadian Baking Show. He has twice been honored as one of the top ten pastry chefs in America by Chocolatier Magazine, and has been nominated twice for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef.
