You may have had Polish pierogi before, but never like this! Magdalena will teach you the ins and outs of creating pierogi, its history, turning pierogi into a meal, and the key to storing leftovers. She'll also teach you how to make Ukrainian pelmeni. You'll learn to pair these dishes with toppings such as caramelized onion and a creamy mushroom sauce to create soul-soothing dishes for any time of day. Magdalena Theisen moved from Poland in 2009 and opened Magdalena's Bistro and Creperie. Magdalena had professional training in Brittany, France and received her Polish cooking experience from her grandmother and parents.
