Cooking with Wine (virtual classroom)

Cooking with wine can be divine! In this class, we will pan-roast chicken in white wine, make spring pea risotto with Chardonnay, and round out our meal with spring salad dressed with a homemade champagne vinaigrette. A prep packet with a shopping list, quick start instructions, and recipes will be sent prior to class. The session fee is per household; only one person in the household is required to register and pay for the class. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session, and you'll receive an email with a session ID and password prior to your class. Classes are recorded so you will have access to the re-play, as well!

We email virtual classroom access two business days before classes begin; please register early to ensure you receive this information. If you have not received virtual classroom access the day before your class, please check your inbox's spam, deleted, and/or promotions folders. It is the responsibility of participants to check their email inbox for virtual access information prior to class and, if it has not been received, to contact our office during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) before class starts at comed@whatcom.edu or (360) 383-3200. No refunds or credits will be given for a class once it has started.
