Learn to make seared scallops in a wine sauce alongside a farmers' market-inspired side dish of braised spring vegetables including leeks, baby artichokes, asparagus, and peas. Chef Michele will also provide ideas for simple, light desserts to round out this fresh, delicious meal! A prep packet with a shopping list, quick start instructions, and recipes will be sent prior to class. The session fee is per household; only one person in the household is required to register and pay for the class. Each class is a password-protected Zoom session, and you'll receive an email with a session ID and password prior to your class. Classes are recorded so you will have access to the re-play, as well!
