Join chef and farmer Bre Snodgrass in celebrating the final hurrah of summer vegetables as we shift into autumn. She'll demonstrate a few ways to preserve the bounty of late summer harvests, in addition to leading you through some simple, comforting dishes to ease you into the chillier nights ahead. On the menu is a creamy pepper bisque, lemony herbed potatoes, and a hearty blistered squash and bean dish featuring slow-roasted tomatoes. All recipes will be plant based and gluten-free.
