Join farmer and chef Bre Snodgrass as she makes dishes that highlight the plentiful local produce of the season: a savory herbed-tahini sauce served with radishes and sweet salad turnips, a lively salad with snap peas and pickled rhubarb, and a comforting bowl of lentils with roasted asparagus, carrots, and mushrooms. These plant-based and gluten-free dishes celebrate our local bounty, including the first greens of the season and delicious spring veggies. Bre Snodgrass has a passion for eating with the glorious seasons of the PNW and imbues her classes with enthusiasm for fresh local produce.
