This class is full of simple, tasty dishes often served in late-night, festive Japanese eateries. These four delicious dishes will be easy additions into your dinner routine while adding a bit of flair with strong flavors and a variety of proteins. You’ll be making skewered beef yakitori, chicken karaage, spinach goma, and traditional miso soup with kombu, katsuobushi, tofu, clams, and scallions. Yum!
