Get ready for a cheesy blast as we dive into the world of dairy and craft our own mozzarella and string cheese from scratch. Using fresh milk from Twin Brooks Creamery, we'll learn the art of cheesemaking and indulge in the delicious results. It's a hands-on experience that'll leave your tastebuds smiling. Let's get cheesy and create some tasty memories together! Marisa Papetti has been teaching mozzarella, burrata, feta, and gouda-making classes to groups of all ages and sizes across the PNW. Designed for kids ages 7-12.
