Close out spring with dishes inspired by the approaching summer! Chef Bruno Feldeisen took summer trips to southwest France and Piedmont, Italy, and came back inspired. In this class, you'll enjoy a delicious seared duck breast, a bean stew with smoked duck, and more delicious recipes! Bruno is one of the top ten pastry chefs in America, and has been nominated twice for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef.
