Replicate a classic Parisian Bistro meal with Chef Karina Davison, Paris expert and former pastry chef. Expect an evening of French classics that make good use of the summer garden bounty. We will begin our evening with an heirloom tomato tart as a starter. Next a velvety potato leek soup, the classic vichyssoise--this venerable classic is an icon for good reasons. Our entree will be Dijon-herb roasted chicken served with haricots vert. To finish, another tart--this one tarte au citron, the lemon tart so beloved in France.
