Additional Pre-Conference Events
Optional Pitch Sessions, Marketing & Editing Consultations Registration for pitch, marketing, and/or editing consultations ends on June 15. You are able to sign up for multiple sessions, however you can only sign up for a particular agent once. Session times will be randomly assigned and given to you at check in.

Optional Box Lunches Registration for box lunches ends on June 15. Box lunches served with chips, fruit, gourmet cookie, and condiments.

WA State Clock Hours for K-12 Teachers Earn 16 clock hours with your Chuckanut Writers Conference attendance! An additional $20 administrative fee applies for processing, mailing, and record keeping.

Payment Information
Full refunds will be provided through May 1. Starting Monday, May 2, all conference registration refunds will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 31.
