Karina shares recipes adapted from famed cookbook author and French food blogger David Leibovitz--with an emphasis on hearty winter staples. Enjoy white bean dip and artichoke tapenade with baguette, root vegetable and farro salad, and roasted chicken with caramelized shallots served with spinach cake. The sweet ending--ginger gateau with a blueberry sauce. A $7 wine option is payable at class.
