Berry Extravaganza

While French food is famous for its heavy sauces and rich desserts, the typical French diet is extremely wholesome. In this class, we will start with a French farmhouse vegetable soup served over croutons and garnished with Gruyere cheese; coq au vin served with crispy roasted potatoes; and a flourless gateau au chocolat with Port-poached pears. A $7 wine option is payable at class.
