Enjoy a delectable summer raw meal while exploring the therapeutic value of raw fresh foods with instructor Andy Walton. We'll feast on collard and cabbage wraps stuffed with fresh local veggies and a choice of hempseed pesto or olive tapenade. Creamy cauliflower soup will accompany the entrée followed by a coconut panna cotta with raspberry sauce. A refreshing lavender mint lemonade completes the menu. Andy Walton studied nutrition, culinary arts, and sustainable agriculture at Bastyr University.
