Raw Feast

Enjoy summer's bounty in the raw! Nutritious, delicious, and filling--raw foods can make a fancy snack or a four-course meal. We'll make corn chowder, a collard wrap with sunflower seed paté and cilantro/lime dipping sauce, a curried crepe filled with veggies and topped with creamy (but non-dairy) coconut-cashew sauce, and dragon flax crackers. Save room for a scrumptious key lime pie to top off the menu!
