Asian Dinner Party

Vegetables have long been relegated to supporting roles, but Lisa Samuel showcases their star power as she creates creamy kale gratin, roasted butternut squash wedges with pomegranate molasses and toasted pumpkin seeds, Brussels sprouts salad with pomegranate seeds and Meyer lemon dressing, and even a delectable vegetable dessert of toasted zucchini bread with crème fraiche. A $7 wine option is payable at class.
