For the Halibut

Enjoy Alaska's first-of-the-season big white fish done three ways: baked in parchment with vegetables and aromatics; pan-seared with olive oil, butter, and capers; and lightly fried then dressed with lemon sauce. An $8 wine option is payable at class.
