Middle Eastern Feast

Elements of the diverse cuisines of the Middle East come together in one feast! Karina Davidson prepares carrot butternut squash soup; lamb and beef meatballs baked with tahini sauce; quinoa-red rice salad with pistachios, apricots, and citrus vinaigrette; and Turkish zucchini-feta pancakes.
