Make Your Own Soft Cheese

Join Seattle cheese-maker Mark Solomon for a hands-on class. We'll make yogurt cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, and burrata in class. We'll also talk about making chevre, quark, and cream cheese. Learn about cheese-making equipment and how to get the best results in your kitchen. Plenty of samples will be served.
