Best Bites--1950's Kailua

Northern Thailand is a culinary melting pot, where elements of the native Issa combine with those from Laos, Cambodia, and Burma. Enjoy Fong's versions of larb duck salad; jungle curry made with faux wild boar; som tom with green papaya, long beans, and roasted peanuts; and sticky rice steamed in woven bamboo. An $8 wine option is payable at class.
