Flavors of Mardi Gras

Just in time for Mardi Gras, Chef Jesse pays tribute to the vibrant flavors of New Orleans as he prepares for your sampling enjoyment--grilled oysters with bacon remoulade, gumbo z'herbes, and caramelized banana and praline custard. Laissez les bons temps rouler! A $7 wine option is payable at class.
