Let's celebrate the art of dining alone. There is a freedom to create just what you crave, to nurture, sustain, and even energize ourselves. Mary Ellen takes on recipes not usually portioned for one and demonstrates how to "downsize" them with ease--creating a delightful meal for one. The menu for the evening: a savory flatbread with mushrooms and speck, charred asparagus with hollandaise sauce, chicken scaloppini with lemon piccata sauce, and, for dessert, a delightful fruit crisp with a dollop of cream. A $7 wine option is payable at class.
