The Mexican Kitchen: Slow Cooking Fiesta

Ana Jackson shows how to use a slow cooker to create wonderful, melt-in-your-mouth dishes such as costillas en chile morita (ribs in dark rich chile sauce), puerco verde (pork in green sauce), and traditional Mexican barbacoa. Four delicious salsas accompany the featured recipes.
