Karina cooks turkey and black bean chili; butternut squash, black kale, and chicken stew; and baked falafel with quinoa tabouli. A veggie salad with vinaigrette and a medley of roasted vegetables round out the menu. All recipes are naturally gluten-free. A $7 wine option is payable at class.
