Karina shows how to prepare both chicken and eggplant parmesan with garlic and butter pasta and sautéed zucchini on the side. Prosciutto-wrapped melon and butternut/sage soup will be served as appetizers. The sweet ending--a light strawberry panna cotta. Come hungry! A $7 wine option is payable at class.
