Ring in the Chinese New Year in style with Chef Fong as he serves roast duck, sizzling shrimp, and lo han jai--a Buddhist vegetarian dish with mushrooms, red dates, lotus root, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, dried tofu, mung bean noodles and cabbage. An $8 wine option is payable at class.
