Come to the table for a French feast! Karina serves a chicken liver pâté (with some alternative hor d'oeuvres for those not fond of pâté), salad of haricots verts (green beans) and toasted walnuts, and beef and mushrooms with Madeira sauce served with purée de pommes de terre (mashed potatoes). For dessert, we'll make a chocolate tart with raspberry-red wine sauce. Course fee includes choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
