Enjoy steamed chicken soup with Chinese herbs, sigua (Chinese okra), almond seeds, red dates, and mushrooms; beef tendon stir-fried and braised with turnips, cinnamon, star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns; and ginger onion chicken.
