Small Plates of the World: Basque Tapas

The fiercely independent spirit of the Basque region of Northern Spain is present even in its cuisine. Join Chef Jesse in an exploration of this unique area through the tapas culture known as pinxtos. Enjoy distinctive dishes such as mushroom empanadas, marinated tomato and prawn skewers, and lamb meatballs.
