Pick up tips on how to efficiently plan and prep nutritious, tasty meals from Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Sara Southerland. Taste a berry and coconut smoothie bowl, vegan "walnut meat" tacos with cashew sour cream, grilled peach salad with cilantro-jalapeƱo pesto, and cinnamon raisin almond balls. You'll leave with a one-week meal plan featuring delicious plant-based recipes the whole family will love.
