Beginning Yoga

Experience the change Yoga can make in your life! The combination of postures, breath awareness, and deep relaxation provides the perfect way to wake up your body, relax your mind, and restore your spirit. We'll explore basic, beginning yoga postures that can be adapted to meet your needs. Susan D'Onofrio is an Anusara-inspired teacher with over 30 years' teaching experience, as well as a certified mindfulness meditation facilitator. Bring a yoga mat, a yoga blanket or thick towel, two yoga blocks, and a yoga strap. Section B does not meet November 28.

Notes:Bring a yoga mat, a yoga blanket or thick towel, two yoga blocks, and an 8-foot yoga strap. Please look over the attached liability and waiver form. You will be required to sign in at the Pavilion front desk prior to each class acknowledging your compliance with this document.
