Farm to Table: Salad, Salsa, Dressing (ages 10-14)

Experience the textures and flavors of summer, and work on basic knife skills along the way. On the menu: red, white, and blue potato salad; garden salad with fresh rosemary balsamic vinaigrette; Caesar salad with authentic garlicky lemon dressing; and corn chips served with a couple of different salsas including Russ's famous fresh mango salsa. Designed for ages 10-14.
