Farm to Table: Super Sauces (ages 10-14)

Mastering classic sauces and dishes that show them off is a key part of becoming a chef. In this class, we'll make meatballs with red sauce, poached egg with hollandaise, grilled asparagus with lemon garlic/roasted jalapeno aioli, and seared steak with pan reduction sauce. Designed for ages 10-14.
