Five Ingredient Meals: Spring

Join Wellness Chef Kate MacKenzie as she demonstrates three healthy and delicious dinners and one appetizer, all made with five or fewer ingredients. We'll begin the evening with pea, fava bean, and ricotta crostinis followed by vegan asparagus soup, roasted salmon topped with sautéed leeks in coconut and lime, and we'll finish the evening with gnocchi tossed with radishes and sugar snap peas.
