Healthy Home Cooking

Karina demonstrates how you can make every meal of the day a triumph of taste and nutrition. We'll enjoy oat-date-almond-pumpkin seed granola with no added oil or refined sugar and eggs baked with a tomato-olive oil sauce for breakfast; a main dish lunch salad with greens, veggies, turkey, garbanzos, and avocado; and African fish, spinach, and tomato stew with peanuts to serve over rice or quinoa for dinner. You'll get plenty of tips, as well as additional recipes and references.
