Weight Control with Hypnosis: Level I

Join certified hypnotherapist Leigh Mcdiarmid and learn how to use hypnosis to reprogram your mind and body for long-term positive changes, helping you establish healthy new habits. We'll focus on developing self-compassion and acceptance, as well as bringing mindfulness to our relationship with our bodies, emotions, and the food that nourishes us. Hypnosis sessions in class and listening to recordings at home will support our new habits. $20 fee for hypnosis CD payable to instructor at first class; bring a pillow and mat/blanket to aid relaxation (optional).
