Ayurvedic Kitchen

Bharti Nagal shows how food can be medicine as she prepares a simple nourishing meal for winter, including sabzi (vegetables), roti (chapattis), dal (lentil soup), and laddu (a classic delicately-spiced Indian sweet). Bharti will also show how to vary the ingredients and spices according to each individual's constitution. Learn how the use of ayurvedic herbs and spices can promote healing, balance, and great taste.
