Holistic health coach Sara Southerland shows how, with just a little planning, you can prepare delicious, healthy meals for yourself and your family every night of the week. She'll make savory breakfast muffins, pumpkin spice smoothie, slow cooker chicken made into two meals--chicken tacos with cilantro cabbage slaw and curry chicken salad--and raw blondie dessert bars. Gain valuable tips on meal planning and prepping, and leave with a one-week meal plan including recipes and a shopping list.
