Karina creates a winter feast with a French accent. Enjoy Parisian parsnip soup garnished with Marcona almonds, a simple green bistro salad, and beef bourginon with a side of purée de pomme de terre. Finishing off our winter menu will be a frangipane tart with raspberry sauce. Course fee includes choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
