Discover the basics of fermentation and quick pickling, tips, and considerations for winter fermentation, as well as options for preserving your pickled products. We'll also discuss how to select varieties for garden planting best suited to fermentation and pickling, in preparation for the gardening and farmer's market season. Course includes a sauerkraut demonstration.
