Food blogger and cookbook author Samantha Ferraro of The Little Ferraro Kitchen shares an array of Mediterranean dishes, including deconstructed baba ghanoush with tahini sauce, quinoa Tabbouleh salad, olive oil braised chicken with citrus, and roasted potatoes with turmeric and lemon.
