Mediterranean Weeknight Menu

Mediterranean cuisine is famous for its vibrant flavors and healthful properties. Join local food blogger Samantha Ferraro as she shares aromatic and easy-to-make recipes from her new cookbook, The Weeknight Mediterranean Kitchen. The class menu includes chicken shawarma, fennel and arugula fattoush salad, a creamy herb tahini sauce, and, for dessert, date tahini balls.
