Sheet Pan Dinners

Cindy McKinney demonstrates five sumptuous sheet pan suppers--think one-pot meals cooked in the oven. Enjoy Italian chicken breasts with blistered grape tomatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms; marinated pork chops with broccoli and cauliflower; salmon fillet with creamy lemon dressing and fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and shallots; shredded hash browns with peppers, onions, and ham; and roasted veggies and tempeh tossed with a Greek dressing and sprinkled with feta.
