Conjure the tastes and textures of Thai cuisine in your own kitchen. Chef Fong teaches you how to make Bangkok pad thai with dried shrimp; whole duck roasted and simmered in red coconut curry; and tom yum talay, the classic spicy seafood soup with lemon grass, lime leaves, and galangal.
