Writing articles for publication works out your writing muscle, builds your portfolio and platform, and pays the bills. This three-part workshop includes exploration of article types, blueprints for structure, leads and conclusions, titles, and fictional techniques that enliven nonfiction--with time built in to share your work in progress. Brenda Wilbee is an award-winning novelist and feature writer; she holds an MA in Professional Writing and has been helping writers for 30 years after getting her start in a class just like this.
