Recent decades have seen enormous diversification in the Parisian food scene as traditional French cuisine blends with influences from the Middle East, Africa, and East Asia. Karina celebrates that diversity with Senegalese yassa chicken served with basmati rice; baked felafel served with pita, crudités, and tahini sauce; Moroccan chickpea and vegetable stew; and a classically French tarte citron. Course fee includes choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
